Success!

14 weeks!

Things have been busy around here! Landon is 14 weeks old! He is smiling more and more everyday. He is trying his best to roll over onto his tummy but he gets stuck. He is growing so fast. We had his pictures done this past weekend. I am kinda disappointed with how they turned out. We drove up to Raleigh to have them done at Sears because they had the best value/prices I could find and I refuse to have cheesy pictures made of him. We went to eat for a late anniversary gift to ourselves at Cheesecake Factory and then the lights went off in the restaurant. We went out in the mall and the whole mall was closed. A transformer blew so there were no lights and no stores open until about 6:30. His appointment was at 6:00 to get his pictures done so we hung out in the mall and luckily they opened back up. Landon was hungry and a little fussy. I felt bad for the lady taking the pictures because she was very flustered with the lights going out, it threw their computers out for a while. But we got a few good shots :)

Yesterday was our anniversary and Landon turned 3 months old!

Our Story

A lot of people do not know our story about getting pregnant. It wasn't exactly easy for us but after 13 months, many tears, tests, and prayers our dream came true.  A favorite blog of mine The Domestic Princess is featuring A Spotlight on Infertility. Trying out new things...

I tried out Landon's bumbo sit today. He is getting more and more head control everyday! He was not too happy in this picture.

Been a while

since I have updated. Sorry it has been very busy around here. Landon did have a sinus cold but he is doing much better. He went to the doctor and is weighing 15 lbs, 3 ozs!  Monday he will be officially 3 months old! He is growing up before our eyes! Here are a few pics from the week. We are planning on having his pictures done professionally next weekend!

12 weeks old!

Landon is 12 weeks old today! How time is flying by! He will be officially 3 months old September 20th. Unfortunately Landon wasn't feeling well today. We think he might be getting a cold. We are taking him to the doctor, keep your fingers crossed for him! Here are some pictures from bath time and play time last night.
